HB2005 HFA Pethtel, Moye & Boggs #1 2-9

Delegates Pethtel, Moye and Boggs move to amend the bill as follows:

            On page 6, section 1, lines 48 and 49, by deleting the words “or from another educator preparation program.”;

            On page 19, section 1a, lines 6 and 7, by deleting the words “an entity affiliated with an accredited higher education institution.”;

            On pages 21 through 26, section 1a, lines 57 on page 21 through line 160 on page 26, by restoring all the stricken language from those pages;

            On page 35, section 1b, lines 35 and 36, by striking out the words “one or more entities affiliated with an institution of higher education,”;

            On page 36, section 1b, lines 46 through 49, by deleting parqagraph (2) in its entirety and renumbering the subsequent paragraphs accordingly;

            And, 

            On page 53, section 2a, lines 29 and 30, by striking the words “(v) Has completed an alternative program approved by another state; or”.
